Ive never had issues with them. Water price is reasonable comparing it to Lochbuie which was 250 for 10k gallons. which is insane amount. with little to no water use at 8k I dont pay a lot here. I always pay on time because the website and xressbill pay states its an instant fee and water shut off which is every place Ive ever lived. However going into the facility and talking to the ladies in the front with any issues they are able to help you. I havent had experience with any emergency situations like water pipes etc. But I did call and they helped me understand my house, how to turn water off, and whatnot. I use their automated systems to pay.
