I got a job through them once. I think it's more like only if someone there knows you. Before then they offered me a full ride to college if I joined their program program. I did. Then they yanked it away with no warning or reason. I am not happy with them.

Texas work solutions is a joke, they have jobs lined up for you and they can't do there's , you get phone numbers to call and no one to talk to, it's just a circle jerk, maybe they should try to use there on system ,

I have been to this place numerous times and every time they do a job fair and I show up 30 mins early before the starting time, the only people that get interviewed or even talked to are the people that KNOW some one. No one interviews the people that actually showed up early and signed in early. My last job fair was like this, I showed up early and signed in and didnt get seen at all. The job fair started about 8:30am and i sat there waiting until 11:30am, finally i just left out of frustration. On top of that their website is horrible as far as finding jobs and even being able to apply for those jobs, that's if the site will allow you to. The people there are also not very helpful or knowledgeable about anything.

There's an older lady that works here that needs counseling, and professional help to be able to do her job. How she even is able to work here is beyond me, because instead of encouragement and support I got a bunch of doubt, questioning of my ability in every way, and just negativity. Any and every idea I had to achieve a goal both school and employment wise she placed doubt there, and what's crazy is that I wasn't even there talking to her she was sitting at her desk behind me and the other girl(employee) that called me to talk about financial aid. I left that day thinking I was unable to go to school, and guess what that lady was full of it and I don't understand why she is so negative. She's not happy with her life and doesnt want anyone else to be is how it seems. She needs to be monitored and fired if she is and has been this way to people who are trying to move up in life.
