I needed to reloan I have made my payments on time every month even early most of the time. When I called to ask to reloan I was told they lost my folder and I couldn’t reloan unless they redone all my paper work and ran my credit again. Definitely wasn’t happy. I have delt with tower loans before. Only reason why I didn’t use them this time is due to the amount I needed. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Never had any issues with tower loans. They where always helpful.

The ladies who work in this office are very respectful! They went above and beyond to get me a loan with payments I could afford! Great customer service!

Interest rates are through the roof. I didn't read the fine print when I signed for the loan and turns out it's 124% interest. No that's not a typo. They even told me on the phone when I called them about it, that that is why they don't tell you what your interest rate is when you're signing.
