Client Review on Wrap Factory
Feedback:
Went to Bonner location, have food truck and looking for exterior print work. Provided pdf of logo and multiple pics of truck for mock ups. Was told it would be a few days as we were going into the weekend. At the end of the next week I touch base, " the guy doing your work is just got into a divorce and all of his work is backed up". A week later, " we let that guy go, but we're on it now". I go in Fri. May 6th, "you just missed him, he went golfing". Tuesday May 10th go into shop, different employee meets me asks if he can help. Tell him my deal, complete blank look, and references other person there will be able to help. This individual, the one I started all of this with, "says just one second, I'll be right with you", goes into his office and quickly tries to complete/do mock ups...Which was my cue to go elsewhere*So, over three weeks, nada........Here's the thing, if the job was too small to merit the time tell me up front..Secondly, I would think "food trucks" might be a segment of the market you would try to build good will towards...**guys were very polite the whole time
