Most honest review you will read all day. Wrentham Insurance is hands down the best in Wrentham. Any negative reviews you must have caught them on a very off day. Wrentham is passionate about customer service and making your insurance needs go as smooth as possible. Everyone needs an honest agent, Wrentham Insurance is it.

I have to say I have been working with Wrentham Insurance for at least 10 years and have been dealing with Jillian for at least 4 or 5 of those years. I have nothing but great things to say about Jillian and also Wrentham Insurance. I never have had an issue with not returning my calls or emails and when I need a quote it happens right away. Great business to deal with.

I have been a customer for over 10 years, and I am not happy with their customer service in the past couple of years. Jillian never gets back to me with answers to my questions. How many times do I have to call? Been talking about switching & this is the year I am doing it.

I became a customer of Jillian's on the suggestion of a good friend of mine. While I wasn't blown away by the customer service for the majority of the time that I have used this agent, I wasn't completely dissatisfied either. That was up until now. Two months ago I purchased a vehicle for my daughter who had originally been added to my policy so that she could drive my vehicle. At the time that I purchased the vehicle, I was told by Jillian that my insurance would go back down and my daughter's insurance would be a certain amount. For the past two months my bank account has been debited the FULL amount of the cost for my daughter to be listed as a driver on my [policy and I have yet to receive a bill or anything separate for my daughter's vehicle. I sent two separate emails to Jillian when I saw the first amount debited, but I still have not received a response 8 weeks later. I have also left multiple voice mails and haven't received a call back. So as of right now, I have over paid twice and my daughter could possibly be driving around with no insurance coverage. All I want is answers. Tomorrow I will reach out to a different insurance carrier and confirm which of my vehicles have and then I am switching. I am applaud by the agent's lack of urgency to resolve something so serious. I will refer this agent to anyone.
