One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a retail shop. First when I go to the counter and was asking questions. The counter lady was extremely condescending. Then, she said the order would be ready the next day, Weds, and she would contact my daughter. Thurs I called to check the status of my order, adding names to prebought shirts. Was told, "oh, I found it on the counter". Not even an apology. My order wasn't done until Fri. My youngest daughter had to pick up on the way to the football game. The counter lady again was extremely rude. On top of all that, they didn't even complete my order. Paid $75 to not even have everything done. Extremely unhappy. Will never go back, and will definitely tell everyone to go to B&W graphics.
