We have found that Xtime is not user friendly at all. We have noticed that when trying to book an appointment it takes longer to book, and requires too much clicking around with the mouse, which can easily take up an extra 10 seconds; which may not seem like a lot of time, but every second counts in the automotive industry.We have also found that when selecting a particular service operation code, it does not get transferred to the DMS, but shows up as a basic service.In addition, when trying to create a customer file, to schedule an appointment, it is time consuming, and we can have that done in a fraction of the time on the DMS. Then when selecting a time slot, it does not show all the appointments according to the DMS, which can cause congestion.Xtime is also noticeably slow when loading pages, which causes the employees to try and form a small talk with customers, which is unnecessary.
