They only get one star because there is no ZERO STAR option!I hired Xynergy to streamline an already existing website. On taking my deposit, they began work without attention to what I'd said I wanted from them. THEY DID NOT MAKE A BACKUP COPY OF MY SITE before they began. Instead they worked by taking out parts of my existing site and messing around with them. They deleted most of my Media Library, (I'm an artist!) they cannibalized my current site, they deleted my blog. I could not reload any of it because there was no backup copy! My web presence still hasn't recovered and it's been a year. Part of my payment to them was a trade: I facilitated a teambuilding event with the staff, yet after they'd been fired from working on my site they refused to reimburse me for the work I did for them. Do not hire this company.
