I just started using storage here. The facility is newer, larger and above all cleaner than the storage facility that I was at previously. You also get 24/7 access to your unit, which I didn't have at the other facility. Why pay more and only have limited access? The staff is highly knowledgeable and will help any way they can.

The staff at the Joppatown location is extremely helpful and friendly. Kelly especially goes out of her way to make you feel welcome. I have a large truck that I park there and she always has the gate opening as I approach so I don't have to get out of my truck to put in the code. Very appreciated since its usually the end of a 12 hour day for me. Thank you!
