Unprofessional and disorganized. There was an awesome new lady, who just transferred to this location. She tried to help me but they hadn't given her access to money orders yet. The other employee, Tiffany who was supposed to work the front counter was late so I waited for her to get there. Once she showed up she stayed in back helping another employee, I'm assuming, for about 20 minutes. All this while the line got horrendously long. When she finally came up she informed me and another customer that they were completely out of money orders.... I walked out after about an hour of waiting speechless and empty handed.

I am writing this because no one seems to comment when everything goes well, so comments become a complaint outlet insted. I have yet to see the rudeness people are talking about. They always go the distance to help me both on the phone and inside the P.O.I came from a small town with usually no lines, but find even IF their is a line when I go in, people are moved right along and seemingly happy when they leave.

Got a package in from Etsy and was not home to receive it so I called the USPS phone line and the automated service told me it was at this specific location. Went in and stood in line for half an hour and when it was my turn one of the workers had come back in. I tried to explain to her what I had been told by the automated system and she would not even help me figure out what was going on and kept cutting me off. Told me my package was at the post office on Warner and I asked if she was sure and she said yes. So went to the next post office and asked if my package was there and it wasn't. But he actually listened to me and helped me figure out where it is and it was in my parcel box. I just recently moved and had no idea what a parcel box was or how it worked so he explained it to me. Very friendly guy!But just terrible customer service at this location. At least from her. The lady that was working solo before she came in was great and was listening to every customer.

There automative phone system is the worest ever! After 15mins just trying to get a person i am than told it will be a 30min hold wow! Ground mail that was damaged and lost, contents had personal documents and customer infomation. Its absolutely mind blowing that they would contiue to process this knowing and see that it was ripped and Damaged. My customer received an empty envelope. This is obviously waste of time trying to find the remaining content over the phone now i get to take 40mins out of my work day to try and track down these Documents this is the 1st and last time I ever use ground mail next time ill wait and just mail out UPS

Staff is extremely unfriendly. The man working behind the counter yelled at an elderly man who he said handed him a package the wrong way. And made him rehand it to him.. I couldn't believe it. Then when we went up he talked to us like he was extremely irritated to be helping us. Will not be going back to this location again.
