Horrible place to pick up a load. My load appointment was set for noon by the broker per load confirmation. Upon checking in at 11:00 am, shipping supervisor said the appointment was 6:00 PM. He wouldn't give a good phone number for the broker to call. No sense in waiting 7 hours for a crappy paying load. Btw, the shipper DOES NOT PAY FOR DETENTION under any circumstances - even when they move the appointment time and doesn't tell the broker. So, avoid this place.
