If you are reading all these happy reviews, it makes me think they have employees rating their business. If you want a real glimpse at what service you will be getting please review the BBB ratings and reviews. If you can order elsewhere do. You have been warned

I paid over $400 for some promotional material, I received a sample in a couple of days, then another sample a couple of days later. They marked the items down as shipped and I still have not received my materials or a refund and it has been over a month. I have called them, emailed them and tried the chat feature on the website to no avail. There are a lots of choices to do promotional materials over the internet, buyer beware. At this point I am not sure if this company is a scam or not. Beware!!!

Frustrating to work with. The sample arrived quickly, which was great. But trying to get a quote on that same sample with different color specs was challenging. I sent an email to the "Sales" email address with precisely what I wanted (just a bag with 4 color print on two sides - nothing complex). Didn't hear anything back for a day, so I called. Talked with someone who confirmed she received my email and it was clear and she'd get me the quote that day. 4:30 p.m. and still no quote, so I send an email asking for an update. No response. The next day I try calling again and the line rings and rings - no voicemail. Then I do the Live Chat because that's my only last hope. FINALLY someone gets back to me and, get this, tells me to send an email to "Sales". I DID THAT ALREADY. Finally someone responds to me and asks what I need, so for the third time, I ask for a bag printed both sides with 4 color. Then they tell me to look at the first quote the sent me with the sample - that quote had no color information. I NEED 4 COLORS. Then they send me quotes... none of them have color information. My head might explode. Now I've said it 5 times. After 4 days of this, they finally tell me this bag can't be printed on both sides. Forget it. We've moved on.

I was ready to order 400 screwdrivers. I was looking for a supplier to re-order from as well. However - I could not get past the samples step of the process. I asked for 3 samples. 1 I received 5 days later, and the other 2 I still have not received and it's already been 14 days. The rep said they will re-request the company to send the remaining 2 out. This process has just taken too long and I am now moving on to another company.

Very unhappy. Ordered $1600 worth of bags for an event, specified the date, PAID them, designed and proofed the art, and then when I hadn't heard anything at all from them, and was wondering when they'd be delivered, had to Call - no answer, send a chat, and then got an email, 3 days from my EVENT that they did not have what I ordered and wanted to substitute something else.... They agreed to a refund which I appreciate, but now I am ordering a 24 hour RUSH from someone else and they've had my 1600 for over a month.

The DAY my items are due after my calling them several times to get some clarification I am told of a power outage and that my order that was made and paid for 10 days earlier could not ready for shipment . Not even respectful enough to have a conversation with me , just a one line email 20 minutes before closing - and suddenly no one answers the phone. Which I could give less stars.

Poor quality product. There's a difference between a mistake and sending out misprinted product on purpose hoping that knowone will complain. Customer service was apologetic and offered to refund money and have product recalled but it was too late. I needed them for a trade show and paid one of my employees to literally saw the bad ends of yardstick.
