Overall my experience with Webstyle has been very good. I had been looking for a specific design for my website for awhile, and their designers were able to deliver exactly what I wanted. The Webstyle service department is also very attentive and does their best to answer questions (I had a lot of questions) and respond quickly. My only criticism is with the copywriting. I wish that the copywriter would have spent some time getting to know me and my business better so that the copy was a better reflection of what I want to present to my clients. I ended up working with my regular copy writer and providing most of the copy myself. I am looking forward to my site going live!

Getting a good looking, professional website built was made super easy with WebStyle. Their advisors are very professional and look to make your website as visible as possible. I am going to use them for my other company as well.

I'm sure they offer a great service, but their sales tactics are pretty shady and leave me not wanting to do business with them. I was recently contacted by one of their sales guys explaining that their company is new the states and they're looking for 'case study' companies. The language was very specific to that which resembles an offer to to perform work at at either a discounted rate, or free. Of course I didn't think it would be free, but after my 1-on-1 consultation I pretty much called the guy out on his tactics - politely of course. He understood and proceeded to tell me that no such 'case study' is actually being done and he's just there to pitch me their product (which was about $400/mo BTW). May work for some co's budgets - but definitely not mine. Best of luck to Webstyle in their venture here stateside but I'd suggest being a bit more transparent with your potential clients. Those of us who've been in sales call that a 'bait and switch' and it's typically frowned upon.

After three months of time and effort, Webstyle came back and said, they could not do what they committed to doing and was going to pull out on our agreement. If I had tried to do the same, they would make me keep paying until I could cancel under the terms. A bunch of 20 somethings with no practical business experience. Run fast, run far.

Run Fast and Run Far!!! What a terrible experience. They approached us in May of 2017, and we cancelled their service, or at least we thought we did in October 2017 without even being close to having a website we could go live with. Their pitch is they’ll build you a free website if you agree to be a “case study” customer. So please look us up and give us a call...we are certainly a case study, just not one they had hoped for. I can't count how many times I would submit a change request or simple instructions and after a week or so I would get an email saying the changes had been completed. I would check and to great disappointment, most changes would not be completed. Finally I got so frustrated I asked to speak to one of their developers, but was told I could not as they are out of Eastern Europe. I said I didn’t care and that I would take the time in the middle of the night to have a conversation with them. That was when I was told that the language barrier was too great, so it would be a waste of my time.Soon after that, I decided enough is enough. I had just thrown away $2,000 for nothing. I spoke with my service rep, I was done...cancel my service. “I understand”, she said.I never heard from them again, until a week ago when I got a letter from a collections agency demanding $6,000 due in 7 days. They continued to bill me through May 2018, with not even so much as a phone call or anything. You see I must have screwed up the cancellation in my anger. An email to your service rep saying “I’m not giving you another penny”, followed by a phone call saying cancel our service does not contractually constitute a cancellation. So unknowingly, my bill kept on racking up for a service that I thought was cancelled, and of course was not using. But they kept billing, with not even a courtesy call to say, “hey, we’re still billing you”. I hadn’t called them or logged into the system, so clearly I was done. This has to be the slimmest/dirtiest scam. I was blown away.I have emailed them and called them all week to get this sorted out, but they are not responding any of my emails and they must have blocked my calls because when I call their 800 number the phone just rings and rings and nobody answers. Maybe they went out of business due to their slimy tactics.

Chris Park met with me at my office to chat about the possibility of updating my website. After a few hours of consultation, I decided to go with his suggestion. In a matter of a few days, I received an appointment email with Tina who is the media advisor of the company and she asked me about my business and what my goal is and she gave me suggestions on how we can make my website totally better than my last one. After 3 hours of exchanging ideas, we agreed on the look and feel of the website. I just saw the preview of my website and I must say, it is not only modern and clean and crisp! I would also say that the back-end stuff is really easy to use. I am looking at more blogging time for me. Thanks to Webstyle. I can't wait to get my website up and running!
