One stop problem solved! Closer then the DMV full service location. This location has a service center, insurance, title and tag shop, photo ID! The staff went above and beyond to help me. There was an issue with their printer that caused some issues. The way the manager Colleen handled the situation was a lesson in diplomacy. She reached out to some people for help and called me back quickly. Set up a time and day for me to stop by and sign some papers and everything was handled. It's a beautiful store, the staff make it even better. Thank you so much again. Keep up the good work!
Feedback:
Quick process, but the guy that took my picture had to ask me to remove my glasses because of the glare than made a comment about how it was a shame I had to take them off cause I look way better with them, so rude.
Feedback:
Lol it’s kind of funny, AAA has basically been around since the car was invented but the their new stores take a few months to get state inspection stickers.
Feedback:
Got my renewed license picture in 2 minutes. Quick and easy on a Monday afternoon
Feedback:
Just got my driver's license renewed here. That process was very quick and painless, except that for some unknown reason they need you to take a number. I was the only person there at the time. The only one. The lady was rather snotty about it and loudly thanked a person who came in later for taking a number. She then rudely and abruptly told another person who came in to take a number. The numbers dispenser was two feet away. The person took a number, started to sit down, and her number flashed up on the display and was called (again, loudly) by the rude woman even before the person's butt hit the chair. Really? I hope it makes her feel better to behave nastily because she isn't winning any points with me.
