I was told to use AAA for my Disney trip because they make everything less stressful and easy. It's been a bad experience since we walked in. The agent we are dealing with obviously has her own issues and we should of walked away the second her eyes turned blood shot and she started crying. Strange right?! Anyway we continued and she eventually had a computer issue that she couldn't figure out and between the time we wasted and her giving us no info about Disney we left with a booked trip that neither of us was happy with but it is what it is. After a month I get a call from a friend about Disney deal going on not from the agent from a friend... Kinda annoying especially since the agent said she would keep us updated. So I get in touch with the agent and after wasting half of day of emails back and fourth with this agent she finally books the hotel and meal plan I ask for. Can you believe she even questioned why I'm doing what I was doing with the meal plan! Why does she care? Why is it her business. This is my trip and my money don't question me just book the room and meal plan I ask for. So it's done and I did all the meal selections myself . I looked up different restaurants myself and figured out what I wanted all myself. No help from this agent. I finally had one more chat with this agent. I was looking for a simple yes or no answer. She gave me everything but that. It's finally solved but what a headache! I can't wait to pay this final payment and just go on my trip. I would never use AAA travel agent again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'll just book the trip myself!
