I was trying to get an international driving permit, wanted to stop in during my lunch hour....Tried to call during office hours to verify that someone would be there to help me.... Got disconnected... got transferred back into their rotating voicemail system three times... had to call back 5.... wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to talk to a live person....

I can't speak highly enough about the great service I got at AAA Maplewood. I worked with Dan. He went above and beyond to figure out a complicated billing situation and get my account transfered over from out of state. He also tried to find me other services that might work for me.With all that and how great a value AAA is, I will certainly be a longtime future customer. I recommend this location to others.

Be aware! We spent 2 hrs with the travel agent, she set up our trip gave us our itinerary and price. We went home looked into the resort and I came to realise the cost I was coming up with was $1200 more for what we told her we wanted and what she said was included. I called and they said she was wrong but then they didn't honor the price they quoted. Be aware of this travel agency! Don't waste your time with them as we did!
