I was trying to get an international driving permit, wanted to stop in during my lunch hour....Tried to call during office hours to verify that someone would be there to help me.... Got disconnected... got transferred back into their rotating voicemail system three times... had to call back 5.... wasted 45 minutes of my life trying to talk to a live person....
