I was happy with my AAA membership, when someone hit my car they took care of everything in a timely order with great care, AAA might be a great company but my families insurance "agent" was absolutely terrible. Jesse Johnson probably ended up overcharging my family for insurance for years. he had charges added to our insurance bill for items we did not need insured and only told us about possible discounts after we talked about leaving the company. He did not have my family's best interests at heart and after being a member for 10 years we have decided to give up our membership and easily found better insurance. on a brighter note, i have used the AAA travel agents for many years and they have always done a fantastic job.
