My experience at AAA Auto in Bethel Park yesterday:Ok place as long as you dont have anything out of the easy norm. Been here many times and its always been a bit painfull and always very slow. Spent over 2 hours there yesterday and these 2 older women had me leave twice, to do 2 additional tasks to get my box truck plates renewed ( that I later found out was not necessary). After realizing neither woman knew what they were doing i took my paperwork to another place (Altvaters auto in Robinson twp) and within 10 minutes they had my plate renewed! I actually felt bad for the older women at AAA i could tell they were trying their best but they just didn't have a clue what they were doing. Its funny, I told the woman at Altvaters (who was older than the 2 at AAA) that the woman at AAA told me in a gruff manner, "ive been doing this for 20 years, i know what im doing"! The woman at Altvaters said, "yeah, shes been doing it wrong for 20 years"! Moral of the story, if you want it done right and fast go to prodessionals at Altvaters!!
