Jordan Ask was awesome! I've worked with many agencies without receiving any interviews or even contact with the agency. He was in regular contact with me and sent me on several interviews. I went in for an interview today, was rushed to decide 1 hour after the interview whether I'll take the job or not, actually I felt pushed and demanded to take the offer with them knowing that I was employed. I feel like I didn't have a choice. When I declined the offer. I was ask by the recruiter why I wasted their time, their contractors time and now I am refusing to take the job. The caller name Trista indicated she will not be able to help me any longer if I didn't take this job offer oppose to reassuring me that if I feel that it wasn't right for me then she can look for something else. I have never felt pressure by any temp agency to take an offer before and I've work with a few in the past. I am pretty angry that she was rude and very pushy as soon as she realize I declined the offer. I strongly feel they only care about their money and not about getting you the right job. Honestly, I will never ever work with this agency again. It is only good when you say yes, when you decline a job offer, they literally will tell you goodbye. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. I was pressured to take the offer so bad that I feel I had to just because the contractor wanted to hire me but even so, I shouldn't feel like I don't have a choice and just because I declined an offer doesn't make me an unreliable, irresponsible candidate for other jobs.

I had been looking for a job for three months and was really becoming discourage. After I met , Jordan Ask, of Addison group I had a job that fit me perfectly fit me and my personality. He completely listened, supported me, and guided me through it. I can't thank him and Addison enough.

He called on my first day, then after my first week and even called to she how things wer going after being hired on permanent.
