I went in for an interview today, was rushed to decide 1 hour after the interview whether I'll take the job or not, actually I felt pushed and demanded to take the offer with them knowing that I was employed. I feel like I didn't have a choice. When I declined the offer. I was ask by the recruiter why I wasted their time, their contractors time and now I am refusing to take the job. The caller name Trista indicated she will not be able to help me any longer if I didn't take this job offer oppose to reassuring me that if I feel that it wasn't right for me then she can look for something else. I have never felt pressure by any temp agency to take an offer before and I've work with a few in the past. I am pretty angry that she was rude and very pushy as soon as she realize I declined the offer. I strongly feel they only care about their money and not about getting you the right job. Honestly, I will never ever work with this agency again. It is only good when you say yes, when you decline a job offer, they literally will tell you goodbye. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. I was pressured to take the offer so bad that I feel I had to just because the contractor wanted to hire me but even so, I shouldn't feel like I don't have a choice and just because I declined an offer doesn't make me an unreliable, irresponsible candidate for other jobs.
