I was trying to set an appointment for my son today January 15th, because of possible strap. I called the Swedesboro location for an hour no answer. So I tried calling the west deptford location to ask if the Swedes boro was closed today. The reception gave me attitude. Very unprofessional. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I was put into hold loop for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called again I was put on hold 3 more times. Never again. I had 3 children as patients here for over 15 years. I’m pulling all my children from here.
