Feedback:

Polite and friendly front desk staff, and excellent care from the nurses and doctors. We recently switched our children from a family practice to this pediatricians’ office, and we are very happy we did. Convenient hours and quick response time to any questions you need answered by a doctor or nurse. My kids feel comfortable at this practice, and I know they’re getting the best medical attention in our area.

Feedback:

This is not a review for the physicians of the practice but instead a review for the often forgotten front desk and face of the practice. Yes, it is equally important to have great people answering your phones as it is having great doctors...they are the difference between someone coming in and having their child seen by an advocare doc vs seeking services elsewhere...all because of how they are recieved by the person on the other line representing the practice. If you’ve been fortunate to have your call answered by Migge,when you’re worried and trying to make a sick appt for your small child, then you know exactly what a gem she is and how valuable she is to that organization. She answers the phone with a smile, yes I can totally tell she’s smiling through that sweet voice, and treats you as if you’re her only phone call when we parents clearly know that we start calling at 8:29 when we know the office doesnt open until 8:30...and yet there’s Migge as pleasant as can be gathering all the necessary information and getting you on that schedule asap. Everytime I call I actually say outloud how I hope Migge answers my call....I have yet to speak to anyone else in that office that even comes close. I hope Migge reads this and learns, if she doesnt know already, how appreciated she is by that anxious parent on the other end of the line...thank you! And to advocare, please make sure you never lose her, she takes customer service to another level and is an asset to your organization in so many ways!!!

The physicians are great with my son. Except when we have concerns that keep getting pushed off and delayed, "we'll check back in xx months". And whenever you call, you're on hold for damn near 15 minutes just to schedule or change an appointment.

Doctors are great and service is amazing. There billing department should be audited and trained because they have no idea what they are doing. Tryed to pay a bill said it was paid and then they sent an additional bill. Extremely frustrating to love an eastablishment and not want to go there because of the back office.

I was trying to set an appointment for my son today January 15th, because of possible strap. I called the Swedesboro location for an hour no answer. So I tried calling the west deptford location to ask if the Swedes boro was closed today. The reception gave me attitude. Very unprofessional. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I was put into hold loop for over 10 minutes. I hung up and called again I was put on hold 3 more times. Never again. I had 3 children as patients here for over 15 years. I’m pulling all my children from here.

I am from Philadelphia and my children have been coming here for 19 years which includes my college kid. The advocare team, especially the doctors have always through out the years have been super professional, accommodating and supportive. I could not have asked for a better team:)

Rude disrespectful office staff that talk over you while you are in the middle of a sentence. Overburdened with patients leading to lack of empathy for the ones they have. Doctors were alright for the basic immunizations and well visits but definitely not A+ service.
