They will blame every problem that the rental property has on you. If something beyond your control breaks they will always say first that it is your fault. They will keep your security deposit even if you leave the property the exact way you found it. They act nice until you sign the lease then its rude snippy remarks after that. Just don;t waste your time with these people.
