Feedback:

I do not recommend this property management company for anything! If you own a home don't use this company. If you want to rent a home stay clear of them and I will tell you why. We rented a house;Maintenance request was submitted to fix toilet (chain broke due to corrosion)we let them know the entire mechanism needs to be replaced because we tied a string and it doesn't work for long. They send their guy out (One of their husbands)and what does he do??!! He ties a string and leaves. Charges the Owners of the property plumbing fees! Of course the string doesn't work and we have to have him come out again! He replaces the toilet mechanism and of course with a cheap plastic one that ends up breaking when you flush. And of course charges the owners again! We have to have him come back out AGAIN but he does so so that every time you flush the waters runs constantly because he attached the chain incorrectly. He does this so that we would have to send him out AGAIN so that he can charge the owners AGAIN lucky my husband knows how to stop the water from flowing! Now remember this is one of their husbands that is doing this.A year has past and all of a sudden we get a 3 day notice when we paid our rent.Turns out their office was broken into and my check was stolen and they ended up charging me a late free $75 plus a $25 processing fee.A year and a half now pass and we get a 60 day notice to move out we ask why and Barbra is so rude as always and says the Owner and Management Company received several complaints from our neighbors about us and now Owner wants us out of their property. We have BBQs with our neighbors attended birthday parties so we asked them and they said never have they complained AND they know the owners of our home & spoke to them;OWNERS confirmed they never received complaints said we can stay.50 days pass and Barbara wants to do a walk through before we move out I told her I "thought" the OWNERS said we can stay She says no we cannot stay because we were told to clean the property? I asked Barbara when was this and so disrespectful she said read your emails.I did read and only thing she sent was some other mans property information &rental agreement. I informed her so she sent me the correct paperwork it was a notice to clean the pine needles. We cleaned them the same day & sent photos of the clean up and thought that was that. (And she never apologized for her mistake)We get a 30 day notice and we can't understand why; Barbara says owners changed their minds are selling the house we need to be out! I call OWNER and tell them we are being told we have to be out in 30 days. They Say ALL MOUNTAIN property told them they are evicting us because we had a notification from the fire department to clean up and we have continued to ignore the notice and they owners will be fined so this is why they are evicting us. We forwarded emails of proof that we sent Barbara of same day clean up. Owners contact the fire department to see what's going on; Fire department never sent a clean up notice. Now the 30 days is almost up Barbara wants a walk through she's sticking to her lie about the Owners wanting us out to sell the home. I call the Owner again she tells Barbara leave us alone we are staying in the home. This company was going to have the property empty without tenants so that they can try to rent it out later for more money meanwhile owners don't have renters for however long it takes them to rent it out again. Now 2 years past & we get a notice owners are raising rent $50 of course it's a lie so The OWNERS got rid of All Mountain Property ? ?
