I was always pleased with my All West experience for TV and internet. I did not realize how great the service was until I moved from Utah to California where it is terrible and I see no likelihood of improvement. AT&T could care less about their customers. All West internet is over 10 times faster than the maximum speed I can get with AT&T. I would be elated if I could have service here comparable to what I had with All West.

To all the 5 star reviews saying “I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about All West they’ve been great to me.” Let me tell you about my experience. (This is going to be a novel.)Move into my new home, order service. I’m told it will be two weeks. That seems more than double the typical wait time that I’ve had between Century Link and Comcast but OK I live in a rural area. They come out, and realize that they can’t install because no one scheduled the fiber drop (running fiber from the road to the house) Can’t install. I then follow up with the office they tell me it will be another two weeks for the drop, and then install. It’s at this point that I bring up the fact that we will have been waiting a month to have our Internet service installed. They come back with the response that typically this type of installation typically takes eight weeks to complete. EIGHT WEEKS. But of course customer service tells me they are doing me a huge favor by doing it in 4 weeks. They say after the fiber is spliced then they will call me up for install in the home. Two weeks later I follow up again and they didn’t even have me on the schedule for install. It will be another week. All in all they did beat their 8 week estimate it will be 7 weeks since we first ordered service to actually having internet. I hope this fiber is worth the wait since I could have had satellite internet 6 weeks ago.

Yes this is for a cabin. But still- I pay less money for 10 times the speed and reliability in the valley. I can’t wait for the day I can break the Allwest shackles of monopoly. Half the time my phone and internet doesn’t even work. Why do I even pay for this?

When researching internet providers prior to our move, I was dismayed to see that there weren't a whole lot of providers, and none of those with excellent ratings. Our experience with All West has been nothing like the complaints I read online. Their rates are comparable with what we were paying in the valley, but the speeds are higher and everyone we have worked with was incredibly professional. We have had their internet for three years and have only had service go out once.

On top of what others have said, they "temporarily" closed my local office recently. Now if I want to talk to somebody without being on hold for an hour, upped to a higher level and forgotten I get to drive to the next town over. Lovely.

I have been with All West for a year now and i am not sure why people give them such bad reviews. They are helpful on the phone, they just made it so you don't have to have the phone line, and when they installed our service they really came through and help us out of a sticky situation with our HOA. 5 stars.
