Very poor customer service. Lost cable for almost 24 hours and was given a credit. However the day before Thanksgiving we were disconnected with a written notice over $60 that we made payment arrangements on. We were in the middle of cooking and my recipes were available online in a cloud. Instead of providing good customer service and reconnecting us for 2 days when we were able to pay. The clerk at the store talking to me pretty much accused both me and my husband of lying. The clerk on the phone was not helpful at all we had to borrow the money to get the service reconnected.
