Quick, find another agent. This agent and their office not only lack integrity but are highly negligent if you have an accident or problem. We were in a horrible car accident. Allstate totaled the car and the car was taken away to the junk yard. But Adam Pisani's office simply ignored that and continued to charge my credit card for over a year and a half!! They are now refusing to refund me what they owe claiming Allstate policy won´t allow that. The Texas Department of Insurance just indicated that they will assign an agent to this case as that is clearly inappropriate. Please run, there are many other good and honest insurance agents out there.
