Absolute joke for a business. I contacted them four weeks ago about a simple business policy. Art kept telling me he was working on it for three weeks. Finally on week four he just started sending me to voicemail when I would call. When I complained to the lady that answers the phone I asked to speak to Brad. She said he does not have voicemail. Stay away from these amateurs. There a joke. I went to another Allstate branch and with in 24 hrs my policy was in place.

Bradley Roberts Allstate agency in Oak Ridge TN has provided us top notch service on our cars, home and a condo that we have in Gatlinburg, TN. They promptly took care of our car wrecks providing us quickly with a check to get the damages fixed and provided us with a rental car during its repair. They called in regards to our condo damage during the Gatlinburg fires. They are very proactive and we know that they really care about our well being. I would highly recommend Allstate Insurance: Bradley Roberts. Since I am Power of Attorney over my 90 year old mother's bills and finances, it is very important I get it right. Art was very professional, acted quickly and very information. Benjamin went out of his way to practically hand deliver papers closer to my home. Mr. Roberts was there over seeing the process and sending me correspondence as well. It was painless and quick. They did everything they said they were going to do without any hidden expenses. I trust them and am grateful they now are handling my mother's house insurance. Older people do not like change. She had another agency for over 25 years and the premium had just kept going up and up even though she had only 1 claim which was the hail storm in which everyone had a claim.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They have terrible customer service and really DO NOT care about their customers. They quoted us a price for home owners insurance and we signed at closing for this rate. 2 weeks after closing, our lender contacted us to let us know that our premium was jacked up. I was confused by this and was thinking maybe $100.00 or so, but no, our premium increased $566.00. Shocked by this, I contacted Allstate in Oak Ridge to find out what was going on and they informed me that THEY entered the wrong zip code and when they entered the correct one that it caused the premium to increase. So now I either have to pay the difference of $566.00 or they will take it out of my escrow, and if they take it out of my escrow then it will cause my mortgage to go up. The whole thing is a mess, and it is putting my husband in a huge bind and they DO NOT CARE WHAT SO EVER. We even had an Allstate agent specialist do an investigation and requested them to honor the original rate that they gave me, and they denied this request. This is horrible customer service because ALLSTATE IN OAK RIDGE WERE THE ONES THAT MADE THE MISTAKE and they chose not to honor or own up to their mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also had a lack of communication to inform me of any of this happening. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
