Client Review on Allstate Insurance Agent: Bradley Roberts

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They have terrible customer service and really DO NOT care about their customers. They quoted us a price for home owners insurance and we signed at closing for this rate. 2 weeks after closing, our lender contacted us to let us know that our premium was jacked up. I was confused by this and was thinking maybe $100.00 or so, but no, our premium increased $566.00. Shocked by this, I contacted Allstate in Oak Ridge to find out what was going on and they informed me that THEY entered the wrong zip code and when they entered the correct one that it caused the premium to increase. So now I either have to pay the difference of $566.00 or they will take it out of my escrow, and if they take it out of my escrow then it will cause my mortgage to go up. The whole thing is a mess, and it is putting my husband in a huge bind and they DO NOT CARE WHAT SO EVER. We even had an Allstate agent specialist do an investigation and requested them to honor the original rate that they gave me, and they denied this request. This is horrible customer service because ALLSTATE IN OAK RIDGE WERE THE ONES THAT MADE THE MISTAKE and they chose not to honor or own up to their mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also had a lack of communication to inform me of any of this happening. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
