This office was polite and helpful until I tried to cancel my policy. When I asked to cancel I was told no problem, then they called back repeatedly telling me they came in cheaper. I finally called back and told them I wanted to cancel (again). I was having issues with the DMV and at first they again were helpful and tried to correct the problem. When the problem wasn’t rectified I was told “you’re not properly being represented and if you were our customer we’d do everything in our power to fix this.” The conversation continued for them to blame my current carrier, even though the 2 separate times I called DMV they stated my current carrier has the correct paperwork in and Allstate did not. From the bashing of my current insurer it turned into digs at my husband. At this point I asked to speak with someone different then Gerry Fitzpatrick. He told me everyone was on the phone and there was no one else that could take my call. He proceeded to tell me he had to go and leave the lines open to paying customers. I then asked to speak with the owner, Brandon. To which I was told that he was also on the phone. I told him I would wait and he said “so you want to be left on hold then and just listen to hold music.” I asked for a call back but of course I was never called back. I emailed Brandon but I never received a response. The customer service of this office was the worst I have ever experienced. Gerry was nothing but rude and degrading as the frustration grew for the problem not being fixed. I will never have Allstate as my insurance carrier because of this experience, along with my friends and family. I hope this behavior is not the norm of this office because attacking my husband and bashing my current insurance company is not the way to gain business.
