Feedback:

Got several calls from this number and I had nothing to do with the transaction. They neglected to leave a message and called 8-10 times IN A ROW. While I was at work. Totally unprofessional. If it were important they would have left a message the first or second time. It took them the last call to finally leave a message. Maybe because I declined it the last few times cause I was working. Ended up blocking the number.

The Ladies here are always polite and helpful. we just switched our Cars and they made it quick and painless. I now pay less for my Car Insurance for both cars PLUS Renters Insurance then I was before for just the car insurance. Thank You Guys!!!

It's the worst customer service they tell you you're in good hands that's the worst hands that i ever been in I suppose i was on easy pay so they decide how much they take from my account every month I had no control of that and one day they just told me that I almost $1000 cuz they're not taking enough I paid what they said it was what I own and they keep adding more until I quit cancel my policy and after I cancel it I still owe them money try to get answers they just circling around whatever you do don't get Allstate anything is better they use they're good hands robb you moneyAllstate it's the worst they use their good hands to Robb your money be careful

Extremely poor customer service.I received a phone call this afternoon to collect and they remind me of a payment due on the 12th regarding my policy. I disagreed with the amount because I had made a payment after auto-pay was cancelled and insufficient. I had a concern and dispute regarding the amount. Yet the woman who called me transferred me over to an agent named Lori -who she said would be able to help me. I spoke with Lori briefly about my concern and she said she'd call me back right away so gave her my phone number and I told her I was at work I told her if she called me back to leave me a voicemail as I was working. Several hours later at 3 p.m. I noticed that she never returned my call, so I called the office again and the same girl who answered gave me the run-around & told me that she would transfer me to a manager and hung up on me or the line disconnected me that being said she knew who I was and I never received a call back. Again I called back again and I asked to speak with a manager and I got a voicemail. Lori is a person I wanted to speak with because she told me she would call me back and I was told that she was a manager and that she could assist me with my concern . I've been a faithful client to Allstate for almost a year now and was very frustrated that the agency assigned to me could not help me. Its velery unprofessional not be of their word and return my phone call especially someone like Lori in the position of management. Finally called the 4th time and I told the girl that answered if I could speak with Brian and all she said is that he was not in the office. The woman on the other end of the phone disconnected and never called back. Is very sloppy and unprofessional not to be assisted. But they sure were quick to call me to remind me that my payment was due and to collect.I am very displeased with this and we'll be finding insurance and renters insurance that I recently added elsewhere. Apparently with Allstate I'm not in good hands!
