This is the worst insurance agent I have ever had. I was contacted by Carolyn about an issue and she made a small problem huge. She said that the agent had more pull and could fix it where the 1800 number could not. Not only did she not fix the issue she made it 10x worse. She tried to talk over me constantly, acted arrogant in nature, and was highly argumentative. She refused to listen and all she wanted to do is justify why they did not handle my claim properly. After all of that, I called the 1800 number, which she advised against, and they couldnt have been nicer and fixed my issue. Save yourself a week long headache and chose another agent. After reading your response you've apareaappa missed the point. Your staff was wrong and mishandled the issue at hand. Justify it however you wish but competence is judged based upon knowledge and results. If you wish to view the world through rose colored glasses be my guest but you guys still screwed up. It must be everyone else not you right?

Hey everyone! NEVER use this specific Allstate office! I contacted them several times to cancel my car and renters insurance with them since NOVEMBER and they are still to this day charging me! I had to close my checking account I was using and now they are sending me papers in the mail and call me all throughout the day! Like I've been called at 9:30pm before!! How is this legal? Stop charging me and making excuses, just canceled my policies!

So apparently these people lie and steal money from a young woman telling her she can't cancel her policy. They continue to take money from her account even though she called and canceled back in November and sent emails saying she canceled. They call her at all times of the night harassing her to pay. Brian, you are a disgrace to Allsate.NEVER use this agency.

Big wind storm knocked tree down on my truck and totaled it, and totaled my roof also. Brian-Allstate took care of everything ! NO PROBLEMS.. I will never change companies, totally happy with their service and professionalism. I'm in good hands...He is honest..period !
