Experiencing the worst service of my life. Don't ever get the victim in need of a payout from Allstate. They take years to return calls, emails, ect. Years to accept liability even when its clear as daylight, and then years to issue payment even when they have everything request. You're in terrible hands. I pray never to be involved with anyone who uses this terrible company again.

Jeanne Nuccio is the best Insurance Agent I have ever had; the best agent I have ever known. I hear horror stories from friends dealing with their agents and I am so happy to have found Jeanne. We are the type of customer that wants to talk to a person. Jeanne and her team will always take your call and make sure you are taken care of to your satisfaction. Also, Allstate Insurance has been great for me and my family. The quality and service cannot be beat. Thank you!

I recently became a client of Jeanne's after being recommended to her agency through a mutual friend! Jeanne is truly a sweetheart and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I had a few questions about my policy and when I called I was able to get someone on the phone right away to help me! I've been with them for only a few months, but I've really enjoyed my experience! This review is for Allstate (not any particular agent). I was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. After the accident there was a rattle in the dash, the driver seat is squeaking when going over uneven pavement and the TPMS light stays on. Allstate adjusters told me they can only fix the damage they can see and that I would have to pay the body shop to remove the seat and dash so they can see the damage. When I asked why the burden of proof was being placed on the customer, Mr. Ken Lucas (adjuster manager) told me I don't have to like or agree with the process, they were not going to fix my car. So if you have full coverage insurance with Allstate know that they will not fix your car. If you ask to speak with a manager, you will probably get an arrogant individual such as Mr. Ken Lucas. Their "you are in good hands" slogan is valid until you actually need the insurance that you are paying for to kick in. Once you file a claim you won't feel like you are in good hands...
