This review is for Allstate (not any particular agent). I was involved in an accident where the other driver was at fault. After the accident there was a rattle in the dash, the driver seat is squeaking when going over uneven pavement and the TPMS light stays on. Allstate adjusters told me they can only fix the damage they can see and that I would have to pay the body shop to remove the seat and dash so they can see the damage. When I asked why the burden of proof was being placed on the customer, Mr. Ken Lucas (adjuster manager) told me I don't have to like or agree with the process, they were not going to fix my car. So if you have full coverage insurance with Allstate know that they will not fix your car. If you ask to speak with a manager, you will probably get an arrogant individual such as Mr. Ken Lucas. Their "you are in good hands" slogan is valid until you actually need the insurance that you are paying for to kick in. Once you file a claim you won't feel like you are in good hands...
