Very responsive to our needs and requests. Much better coverage for a lower price than the competitor we left could offer. We have experienced minor glitches with Farmer's apps, but that is not a service issue that reflects on Eric. We are very happy we moved our insurance needs to a local Agent with Farmers.

My policy was transferred without a problem and I am very happy that I was able to keep my 35+ years of customer status and even my rates went down!
