I have been with Allstate for over 50+ years. Recently I went to add my grandson, whom lives with us, to our policy and the quote I received from Allstate was ridicules’. Your agent explained the allstate's policy regarding people under the age of 21 especially males is caused by to many accidents. Which, accidents, I believe IS your business! Now I do not expect Allstate to go out of business but a company that is controlled exclusively by the bottom line and not costumer orientated I do not want to do business with. Other quotes consisted of 2/3 less money per month than yours Following the holidays, I will also be transferring my House policy. Losing customers WILL put you out of business.
