We have been with Allstate for a couple of years and everything has been fine until now. We purchased a home about 2 years ago and the roof has been getting pretty bad. Example leaking into the house and now an animal has destroyed a piece of the roof. We have tried to get the roof changed to avoid anymore damage but Allstate will only cover the piece that the animal damaged and we had to pay a deductible of a $1000 and they were only paying $1200. Spoke with an agent named Brian, who has a very cold demeanor, and basically was told the roof needs to be falling on top of us before they can fix it. Terrible customer service. So beware to all new potential clients. Some People here are really nice, like Maribel, but just a shame that they cant do better (supposedly).

When I lived in IL, I had the pleasure of working with Mark's office. Everyone there is very professional, friendly and fun to work with. They are all very knowledgeable and find ways that work best for you in your budget. Sadly, I have moved since but fortunately, I have been able to keep all my policies with his office, even though there is an office not too far from my house. I can't imagine working with anyone else.

Poor service from this office. I will not renew my policy. The turn around time on claims was horrific considering I had water damage to my unit. I look to AllState to guide me through this process and I did not get calls returned in a timely manner from the office or the claims office.

Mark Havlic's office was exceedingly dedicated in helping me resolve an issue in my ailing mother's condo. The time and care they took to help me was so appreciated and helpful during an extremely trying time for our family. Their service to our family was just awesome.
