We have been with Allstate for a couple of years and everything has been fine until now. We purchased a home about 2 years ago and the roof has been getting pretty bad. Example leaking into the house and now an animal has destroyed a piece of the roof. We have tried to get the roof changed to avoid anymore damage but Allstate will only cover the piece that the animal damaged and we had to pay a deductible of a $1000 and they were only paying $1200. Spoke with an agent named Brian, who has a very cold demeanor, and basically was told the roof needs to be falling on top of us before they can fix it. Terrible customer service. So beware to all new potential clients. Some People here are really nice, like Maribel, but just a shame that they cant do better (supposedly).
