?????????? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ WE GIVE TEN THUMBS UP AND FIVE BIG STARS FOR BILL STORRS ALLSTATE AGENCY!! I've been with William Storrs since I was just a kid with a brand new license. I am still with this Allstate Agency at the age of 44 and have NEVER had an unhappy experience! I'm also pleased to report that ALLSTATE Insurance Company has always made me feel like I picked the best insurance coverage. My husband switched from State Farm after we we're married. We now have multiple policies for our cars, house, property etc., I plan to stay with Bill Storrs and the rest of his wonderful staff forever! Everyone is so friendly and easy to talk to and super efficient. I have been recommending them for years! They really do make you feel like family. T Kolodziej

My parents have been will Allstate for as long as I can remember, so naturally, when it was time to go on my own I chose Allstate ( William Stores) they had used him directly as thier Allstate rep. I know they never had a bad word to stay about the insurance company or Bill. My husband has been with State Farm just as long but I argued until I got my way and my husband's been happy with Bill as well. The whole staff is great and willing to do anything they can if Bill Sr. Isn't available. We've got policies on our cars, condo insurance, summer home insurance, golf cart insurance, all our important effects such as jewelry and collectables. We love the Allstate Agency as well as the staff that we trust with all our important items. Everyone in this office goes above and beyond thier normal duties and I recommend then to ANYONE!

Mr. William Storrs Allstate office provided me with an incorrect Allstate Insurance proposal when I requested a condominium quote a few months ago. Today Wednesday, July 24th, another agent confirmed this office had entered my wife's information incorrectly in the Allstate system which caused the quote to be placed in the incorrect POLICY IS GROUP. Those errors in the system cause the quote to come back 5x higher than what I had previously paid for the same coverage's. I requested Mr. Storr to do an investigation as to why there was such a huge spike in the premium and he failed to identify the errors in the Allstate system. Stay away for this Allstate agent!!

This team of agents are really exceptional. I have the ease of sending them an email late on Friday night and by the time I wake up Monday morning my request has been taken care of or my question has been answered. It's almost as if they know what I want or need before I do.
