Mr. William Storrs Allstate office provided me with an incorrect Allstate Insurance proposal when I requested a condominium quote a few months ago. Today Wednesday, July 24th, another agent confirmed this office had entered my wife's information incorrectly in the Allstate system which caused the quote to be placed in the incorrect POLICY IS GROUP. Those errors in the system cause the quote to come back 5x higher than what I had previously paid for the same coverage's. I requested Mr. Storr to do an investigation as to why there was such a huge spike in the premium and he failed to identify the errors in the Allstate system. Stay away for this Allstate agent!!
