They've always been helpful when I want to understand what's going on. They were very prompt with payment when our car was totaled and made it really easy to fix our van after hitting a deer.I was told to use Dave Ramsey's website to find cheaper insurance and the quote I got from them was $25 a month more than what I've been paying state farm. I even screen shot my policy to make sure it was direct comparison.

I recently filed a claim with State farm and had excellent service. My agent, Natalie, was courteous, professional and empathetic for my loss. I would highly recommend State farm to anyone. I have been a very satisfied client for over 40 years.

Hands down the worst company I have worked with as a consumer. over the past 3 years, I have had 4 different agents and every time is more of the same. My automotive policies seem to change price monthly. One month I will have a credit so by bill is cheaper, the next month, the bill will show that I owe extra from the quoted rate. I have auto pay set up on my account and State farm seems to be unable to apply payments to the correct account. Payments made to my home owners will be applied to my automotive insurance instead of my home owners and then I will receive a call canceling my home owners policy for it not being payed. I have tried to set up a rider policy on my home owners, sending in all required documentation only to find out that the policy still has not been set up. If you want an easy insurance office do deal with look else where.

I had a terrible experience working with Allysa's office. I've moved all around the country and had State Farm insurance since I was 16 years old, but never had a problem until working with this branch. They sent me a refund check and then months later demanded that I pay it back. Also, some of these "positive reviews" are from their own employees.

I have to call several times before the agent, Cora, gets back to me. When she does return my call she tells me she will have to get back to me again after she talks to someone else. That's fine, if she would ever actually get back to me. And when there is a resolution to my problem, I find that it doesn't get fixed the way I was told. Now, I'm sitting here with a 3 month overdue bill for a business I haven't owned for 6 months. Unless you like to be treated like you don't exist, and that your insurance needs aren't your agents problem I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
