Hands down the worst company I have worked with as a consumer. over the past 3 years, I have had 4 different agents and every time is more of the same. My automotive policies seem to change price monthly. One month I will have a credit so by bill is cheaper, the next month, the bill will show that I owe extra from the quoted rate. I have auto pay set up on my account and State farm seems to be unable to apply payments to the correct account. Payments made to my home owners will be applied to my automotive insurance instead of my home owners and then I will receive a call canceling my home owners policy for it not being payed. I have tried to set up a rider policy on my home owners, sending in all required documentation only to find out that the policy still has not been set up. If you want an easy insurance office do deal with look else where.
