特に最近、Amazonカスタマーサービスの対応は思慮に欠け言葉も分かり難い。昔はもっとマシだった。「地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業」などという企業ビジョンに疑問大。Amazon.co.jp: Especially recently, Amazon.co.jp customer service has been thoughtless and difficult to understand. It was better in the past. The company's vision of “Earth's most customer-centric company” is much questionable.
