I’ve been a client of Brian and American Family for years and have had to file a couple claims. Am Fam was amazing! My most recent issue I worked with Zach in Brian’s office who quickly turned me over to Jeni, the claims adjuster who was friendly, helpful and Quick! My entire issue was solved in less than a week. I was told my other friends with similar issues that it would take forever and they rarely saw a decent result from similar claims. Boy were they wrong! I had amazing service, personal assistance the whole way and my claim was paid out very fairly. Can’t say enough about Brian’s team.
