I’ve been a client of Brian and American Family for years and have had to file a couple claims. Am Fam was amazing! My most recent issue I worked with Zach in Brian’s office who quickly turned me over to Jeni, the claims adjuster who was friendly, helpful and Quick! My entire issue was solved in less than a week. I was told my other friends with similar issues that it would take forever and they rarely saw a decent result from similar claims. Boy were they wrong! I had amazing service, personal assistance the whole way and my claim was paid out very fairly. Can’t say enough about Brian’s team.

Horrible service! I have paid 11 years of renter’s insurance and recently had water damage that affected some personal items. I was given misinformation, it took longer than necessary to receive forms in the mail, I was told after 5 days that I should have kept everything including the wet damaged linen and clothing, including a soaked twin bed in my garage until they came out to “assess the damage:” I refused to have smelly, moldy things in my garage, not to mention the bugs or mice it might attract. I had my damaged goods at street side for city to pick up. The insurance co. asked personal questions including having a special investigator call my adult son who does not live with me without my permission. I asked my agent Brian Guerin what do they do with a fire like in California? He said you can see people’s belongings in the ashes!!! They made a miserable situation worse. I told them I took photos. They were not looking after me but rather to see what they can do to not pay the claim. They also said I have to show proof of ownership and if something was given to me they wanted that person’s name and contact information. Do not use this insurance company!! I have Geico for my auto insurance and they have serviced me wonderfully. I feel ripped off! They took my monthly premiums payments but have received nothing but aggravation in return.

My experience has been nothing but professional, they made sure that I was receiving what i needed and not just a plan to accomplish a sale. They have good customer service and communication skills. Highly recommended

In my opinion it's the little things that this office does that make a HUGE Difference, the perks just never stop!As a thank you to me, when I first transitioned to American Family, I was given two free movie tickets to AMC, on American Family, really nice. And American Family often hosts a family movie event where you can receive discounts at the movies.Every year, on my birthday, I get a happy birthday call or text from someone at Brian Guerin's American Family.I'm a card person, you can expect a card at Thanksgiving AND Christmas.Plus, their office hours are extremely convenient, they are even open on SATURDAYS. Their website helps me to stay connected to tips that have saved me money on my heating bill this year, so much good information on how to stay a safe driver during the winter months and things you should keep on hand in your vehicle depending on the weather.
