I was with this agent for 4-5 years. Although the turnover rate has always been high someone in the office has always been able to help me (not the agent because I don't think she knows how to turn the lights on). Over the past year they have messed my account up so much that I had to call the 800 number and spend over a hour on the phone to get things kind of fixed. They still haven't fixed it because the people in the office who admitted that a billing mistake was their fault refuse to waive the financial amount of their mistake. My suggestion would be if no other agency in the state of GA is taking new clients and she's your only choice, you'd be better off without insurance.
