I have been the the Kathleen Poehls Agency for years. I had everything from renter insurance, to car insurance and now home owners insurance with her. Kathy and her team have been great to work with over the years. They have excellent customer service and are always available when I’ve have questions on changing policies. I would very much recommend the Kathleen Poehls Insurance Agency to anyone looking for insurance coverage.

I have been with Kathleen Poehls American Family insurance Agency for several years now. Started with a home owners and car insurance policy. Added a life insurance policy a few years ago. Kathleen sat down with me personally to explain several options and answer all my questions. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend her to people all the time when insurance needs come up in conversation. I am very pleased with our agent/client experience and real feel she has my back.

Been with American Family for almost 30 years. We have no complaints. Professional and friendly. Now, I procrastinated on fixing my small truck dent for months. My bad, no one at AMFAM has insinuated I was a fraud, which I for some reason, think people in the industry would think since I waited so long to decide to repair it. All good so far. Agent Kathleen P has been very informative and prompt in our needs. We don't care if other companies rates are cheaper. We like what we got.Craig & Dawn, Champlin MN.

Go to any other agent. She is very rude. Her team is great but she has a terrible attitude with you if you get in an accident.Update: on your comment the reason behind the negative reviews is this "A dissatisfied customer will tell between 9-15 people about their experience. Around 13% of dissatisfied customers tell more than 20 people" this is my way of warning people.

Gloria did a great job helping me out. Got to me right away. Communication and was very professional. I appreciate your time working with me. I would definitely recommend to place to anyone. However, I understand the circumstances that we ran into. Although Progressive gave me a better auto insurance and I just found out that my home Policy will be cheaper next year. So that is a plus for me. Thanks Gloria.
