Go to any other agent. She is very rude. Her team is great but she has a terrible attitude with you if you get in an accident.Update: on your comment the reason behind the negative reviews is this "A dissatisfied customer will tell between 9-15 people about their experience. Around 13% of dissatisfied customers tell more than 20 people" this is my way of warning people.
