Feedback:

Our policies were moved here when our other agent closed. Lindon and his team provided consistently poor customer service, were largely un-responsive to questions, and not helpful with concerns. At no point did the agent make himself available for consultations. Things were always referred to an underling. Poor customer service is one thing, but this agent and his team are incompetent and negligent. I emailed them last year asking them to add a jet ski to our policy and provided the necessary information. They replied they would get it taken care of. My premiums kept getting deducted, so I didn't think anything of it. I found out a year later that they simply forgot to insure it!

I've been doing business with Amber for over 8 years now and it's been nothing but a great experience with her. She's extremely friendly and is always there to help. She's honest, always happy and ALWAYS willing to go the extra mile for you. I would definitely recommend American Family insurance because of Amber. Thank you!

If I could go negative on the Stars, he wouldn't even get one. This was the worst insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I was going through a rough time, and yes I was late on my payment many times. I had an accident, and he not only lied saying that I had no insurance... He actually called the police to come to my home and ticket me for no insurance. I told the officer I was disputing the no insurance claim made by Mr Robert. He didn't give me a ticket. Meanwhile a friend told me that because I was leasing the vehicle, the insurance company would have to notify the bank. I contacted the bank, and they did get a letter stating my insurance would lapse the day AFTER my accident. I heard all kinds of stories about insurance companies but this guy is an outright fraud. He's more than happy to take your money like any insurance company, but don't turn around cause he'll stab you in the back.

The initial meeting went well. The customer service that followed led me to look elswhere.The broken record responses every six months of increases with no claims or accidents and the response to my concern that she would respond the same way going forward therefore there was no need to try inquiring was very surprising. She left me to feel that my time was better spent in a more accommodating, receptive office.
